- Visit
your dentist regularly for dental check ups and hygiene services like
oral prophylaxis. This should be a practice that we need to maintain
starting from the day that our first tooth erupts. Be proactive and
schedule appointments with your dentist. Having a good and strong
relationship with your dentist will not only save you money but will
also save your teeth.
- Pay attention to what you eat and drink. Your food intake plays a
major role in maintaining proper dental care. When you snack in between
meals, you are increasing your chances of getting tooth decay.
Therefore, it is recommended to choose a more healthy and nutritious
diet which has low sugar content, because food that is high in sugar
turns into acid and dissolves calcium, which protects our teeth.

- Brush your teeth regularly every after meal and before going to bed.
But you have to take note that you have to practice proper brushing
technique, not too hard or too soft. Make sure to move your brush in
circular motion for around 3 minutes and avoid hitting your gums in the

health. You may consider deep cleaning to prevent and reduce the risk of
